Founder
Ms. Shawntel W. brings both expertise and heart to our academy. With a Master’s in Counseling, a Bachelor’s in Business Management and an Associates in Business and Human Resources, plus over 4 years of hands-on experience, she is committed to creating a nurturing environment that feels like an extension of family!
Assistant Director
Ms. Rika has always had a passion for early childhood education. As a mom and assistant director, she ensures a safe, nurturing and high-quality learning environment for our staff, students and families.
Administrator/ Office Manager
Ms. Kayla is the heart of our front office and an essential part of our academy success. With over 15 years of experience supporting multiple organizations, she brings a strong passion for children and families to our academy. As a parent with a big family of her own, she understands the importance of trust, communication and quality care. Her organized, family- oriented approach helps keep our school running smoothly while making every family feel welcome.
